All copyright remains with the photographer. It is illegal to reproduce any works supplied by us, without express permission from ourselves.

If you wish to use a purchased print as a ‘horse for sale advert’ or on a personal internet site, this is acceptable providing we are consulted & an appropriate credit / link to our photography is provided. All other illicit reproduction / copying is breach of copyright & will be prosecuted appropriately (Std illicit use fee £500)

Delivery

We attempt to deliver your goods as soon as possible but please allow 7 -14 days for delivery. Canvas prints & special products will most likely take a little longer.

Our average delivery time for UK prints is 4 working days.

Items delivered via Royal Mail Special Delivery or Courier, will require a signature. Our standard service uses 1st class Royal Mail and does not require a signature. You may select the delivery service of your choice at the checkout. We cannot be held responsible for any postal losses but will endeavour to assist you with any Royal Mail disputes.

General

Our preferred method of payment is via PayPal / Credit Card but we do accept cheques too. As soon as we have received cleared funds, we will start work on your order; cheque orders will inevitably take longer.

The thumbnails on our site may not reflect the full quality of the final output; before printing we carefully review & enhance each image so that you can receive the best image possible.

Cropping & processing will be undertaken, as necessary, to fulfil your desired print format.

Cheque Payments

You should have received an email with all the relevant details, shortly after placing your order. If you cannot find this, please note that all cheques should be made payable to “JA Jones”, thank you. My address is:
